2020 퓰리처상 사진부문 수상작

언론 보도 부분 최고의 영예인 퓰리처상.

지난해에는 김경훈 사진 기자가 사상 첫 한국인 퓰리처상을 수상해 너무 기뻤습니다.
김경훈 기자는 로이터 소속으로 Breaking News Photography 부분에서 상을 탔는데요.
바로 이 사진입니다.

올해는 어떤 사진들이 퓰리처상의 영광을 차지했을지 궁금해서 찾아봤습니다.
역시나 대단한 작품들이 즐비하더군요.

올해 Breaking News Photography 부분은 홍콩 시위를 촬영한 Routes 팀에게 돌아갔네요.

언제 다시 자유롭게 홍콩을 돌아다닐 수 있을지 모르겠네요.
중경삼림 2020도 촬영한다고 하는데 2036년을 배경으로 한다고 하고
배경이 홍콩이 아닐 수도 있는 거 아닐까 싶네요.
청킹맨션과 롼콰이펑은 꼭 다시 한번 가서 사진도 찍고 즐겨보고 싶은데요.

카슈미르 분쟁을 취재한 AP 취재팀이네요.
카슈미르 하면 역시 Led Zeppelin이 가장 먼저 생각나네요.

카슈미르 간 자치권 분쟁도 심상치 않네요.
이 놈의 지구촌은 뭔 문제가 이렇게 많은지.
여기도 중국이 껴 있네요.
이 놈의 나라는 뭔 욕심이 이렇게 많은지.
조금만 욕심을 거두면 될 것 같지가 않아 보입니다.

사족입니다만.
중국이라는 나라가 현재는 지구촌 최대의 골칫거리인 듯합니다.
선비, 거란, 몽골, 여진, 돌궐 심지어는 흉노계 등이
중국을 지배했던 경험이 있는데
이제는 한민족이 한 번 나서보면 어떨까요?
(한족이 세운 왕조가 중국을 지배한 기간이라야 고작 700년이 안 된다니)

어찌 됐건 오늘의 배경음악은 역시 이 곡 밖에 없네요.
